Shipping & FAQ

We generally ship all orders on the same / next day after receiving it from you. It may take 24 to 72 hours depending on where we ship it to.

 

Shipping costs are as follows:

 

Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Germany - FREE over 60€ orders / pay only 6€ for smaller orders

Rest of European Union - FREE over 100€ orders / pay only 18€ for smaller orders

Rest of the World - send us an email to get the cheapest quote! 

 

If there's something wrong with the product you can always return / exchange it in the next 28 days from the date of the order. If this is due to a quality problem, we will pay for the transportation back and we'll send you a new one right away if there's stock left.

 

NOTE: We are not only designers but also manufacturers, and that means that many of our products are handmade and that means that each individual product can be a little bit different from the rest, which we consider to be something positive as each piece is unique, so be aware that the products you receive may have some aesthetic differences from the ones we display on the website.
